Why are multi-photo posts, videos & GIFs supported only in Publer Aurum?
These post types are very resource consuming (multiple API calls to the social networks, bandwidth and storage). Uploading videos from URL and watermarking them are also very costly.
Including all these features in a separate plan allows us to offer Publer Argentum, which supports the most common post types (status updates, links and single-photo posts), at a much lower price.
What's the refund policy?
For each payment that you make, you have 14 days to request a full refund. After the 14 days, you're still eligible for a refund, but a pro-rated refund and the discount for paying every 3, 6 or 12 months will be waived.
In a few words, we will never play it dirty and take advantage of you forgetting to cancel your subscription for example.
Refunds are issued manually so you will have to contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal or with any major credit / debit card. Payments are handled securely by Paddle.
You can pay every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
The VAT, where applicable, will be automatically charged on top of the prices you see above. Where possible, you will have the option to enter a VAT ID at the point of purchase which will exempt the purchase from a sales tax charge.
Can I cancel the subscription at anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at anytime by going to Settings → Billing. You can continue to use the paid version until the end of the subscription / trial date, unless you request a refund.
If your recurring payment fails 3 times in a row (we retry every 3 days), your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will be downgraded to the free version.
Do you offer discounts for charities and non-profit organizations?
Yes. We offer a 50% discount for charities and non-profit organizations. Simply contact us with the supporting documents, such as a copy of your 501(c)(3).
Is there a discount for managing tons of social accounts with Publer?
Yes. For every 9 social accounts, the 10th one comes free. So if you need Publer for 20 social accounts, you will only pay for 18. The same goes for the additional team members.
Why the daily post limits?
The daily post limits are in place in order to prevent abuse and to allocate resources properly. We're trying to build great relationships with the social networks and we can't do so if we spam them.

The current daily post limits should be enough for most use cases, but we're thinking of offering higher limits for news media companies. Get in touch if this is something that interests you.
Will you increase my price in the future?
While prices may go up at anytime (due to increasing business costs), only the new customers will be affected.
As long as you have an active subscription, we will never charge more than what you signed up for. That's how we value your loyalty.
If you cancel your subscription and decide to come back after a while, price changes (if any) will affect you as well.
What social networks does Publer support?
You can use Publer for the Facebook Pages, Locations & Groups, Instagram Business accounts, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn Profiles & Pages, Pinterest* accounts, Google My Business locations and YouTube channels that you manage.
* Until we get direct API access, automatically posting to Pinterest is done via either Zapier or IFTTT.
What kind of customer support do you offer?
You can contact us via the Facebook powered chat, via email or via social media (we're active on all of them).
You can expect a prompt response from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CET) Monday through Friday. After office hours and during the weekend, we offer limited support.
